We are seeking an experienced Associate Advisor to join a growing, independent wealth management team. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone with proven advisory and client service experience who thrives in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment.

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

• Deliver a personalized client experience through proactive communication, account updates, and financial guidance.
• Support client reviews by preparing documentation, gathering key information, and ensuring thorough, meaningful meetings.
• Address client inquiries and service requests with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Manage client transactions, including RMDs, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless client service.

• Series 65 license required
• 1+ years of advising experience
• Life and Health Insurance license strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience handling confidential paperwork in a professional office setting
