Customer Service Rep
Position Overview
R & T Yoder Electric, Inc. is looking for a CSR/Dispatch Lead who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good customer communication is a must. This hands‑on role involves onboarding new customers and jobs, scheduling production labor, and assisting with various team tasks. Must have at least 2 years of experience using Service Titan in order to apply.
Compensation& Benefits
Earn up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $300 sign‑on bonus. Eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off that increases with service, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and uniforms.
Duties- Onboard new customers and jobs via good phone customer service
- Assist Project Managers in scheduling field production labor
- Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions
- Assist with permitting tasks
- Work with production, purchasing and management staff to bring projects from conception to completion
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications- At least 6 years of experience as a CSR/Administrative Assistant
- At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 2 years of experience using Service Titan
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
