We’re seeking a MEP Superintendent with a strong field background in data center commercial construction and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

This is on-site position in Columbus, OH.
- Lead day‑to‑day on-site management of MEP installations on complex commercial projects
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and foremen to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently
- Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution
- Oversee installation of key systems: electrical distribution (medium/low voltage), HVAC, CRAC units, backup power, ductwork, and plumbing
- Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance through regular inspections and effective problem‑solving
- Manage daily reporting and status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field conflicts and maintain alignment with project objectives
- Contribute to QA/QC, commissioning, and system energization planning and execution
- 7–10 years of field experience in construction, with 3–5 years specifically in MEP supervision
- Hands‑on knowledge of data centers or mission‑critical environments (hyperscale, colocation, etc.) is strongly preferred
- Technical expertise in electrical systems, chilled water systems, HVAC, and controls
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead field teams effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access active job site environments
