Civil Engineering Intern-Transportation

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm has a position available for a summer Intern to work on transportation projects. Responsibilities include assisting engineers, technicians, and surveyors with civil and transportation engineering projects; assisting with engineering drawings, plan preparation, and project reports; and performing design calculations and quantity estimates.

Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in civil engineering or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

• Micro Station/Open Roads Designer, AutoCAD/Civil 3D or any other computer aided design/drafting software platforms
• Civil/transportation coursework
• Construction field work
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software programs
