Senior Electrical Project Manager

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are a transportation engineering and planning firm that supports land development and public infrastructure in Southwest Florida. We specialize in designing safe, efficient, and cost-effective roadways, intersections, signal systems, and traffic operations. Our people coordinate closely with permitting authorities, utility providers, and municipalities to deliver solutions that improve mobility and community connectivity.

• We have 10 employees in the firm in our single Naples office. We have hybrid and office employees. Flexible office environment.
• Competitive salary intended to meet/exceed expectations based on candidate skills/experience. Bonus is based on overall profitability and last year was in the 13% range.
• Work on a wide variety of transportation projects: commercial site access, residential developments, roadway expansion, signalization, and site lighting.
• Hands‑on opportunities from traffic impact studies through final design and construction administration.
• Strong agency collaboration and involvement—local, state, and federal permitting; utility relocation; access management.
• Exposure to a mix of technical specialties: signal design, lighting, signing/marking, drainage, maintenance of traffic.
• Professional growth and recognition working under licensed engineers with a firm known for its FDOT prequalification and project delivery in Southwest Florida.

• Produce transportation designs for roadway/highway sections, including pavement design, vertical/horizontal alignment, drainage, sidewalk and multi-modal accommodations.
• Perform traffic engineering tasks: traffic counts, safety studies, signal warrant analyses, traffic impact statements, and parking studies.
• Develop construction documents: signing & pavement marking plans, channelization, site lighting, signal systems, utility accommodation, and right‑of‑way drawings.
• Manage permitting and regulatory compliance: coordinate with FDOT, local municipalities, federal and state agencies; prepare access permits; utility relocation design.
• Oversee construction administration: maintenance of traffic (MOT) plans, site visits, ensuring design intent, reviewing shop drawings, and assisting with expert testimony if needed.
