Project Manager - Civil Engineering

• Manage civil/site development projects from entitlement and permitting through design, construction, and closeout
• Build client relationships from contract procurement through project coordination and completion
• Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Review and prepare engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate directly with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
• Support business development efforts and help expand the firm’s presence in Ohio

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (EAC/ABET preferred)
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license;
  Ohio licensure preferred
• 6+ years of experience in civil site design and project management
• Knowledge of Ohio land development practices and permitting processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with municipal and state regulatory agencies
