Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth, Currie & Brown is expanding our team in Madrid! We’re looking for talented Quantity Surveyors to join us on our journey of delivering excellence across some of the region’s most dynamic projects, from cutting-edge data centres to vibrant retail developments.

As part of our Madrid office, you’ll work closely with project leaders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients, drive innovation, and help shape the future of cost consultancy in the commercial sector. You’ll also play a key role in sharing knowledge, elevating best practices, and reinforcing Currie & Brown’s reputation as a leader in cost management across the region.

• Preparing cost plans and estimates and contributing to the development of more complex pieces of work under supervision
• Contributing to the preparation of tender documentation
• Undertaking measurement of drawings
• Assisting in the tendering and procurement of contractors for projects
• Monitoring project costs in line with approved budget
• Assisting with the financial reporting, cost management including recommendations and variation assessments for projects in post-contract phase

• BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
• Good time management and prioritisation skills, delivering quality work within deadlines
• Flexible, ability to adapt to different work practices and demonstrate an appreciation of the wider implications of our clients’ projects
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
