Sr. Network Provisioner

The Network Provisioner, Sr is responsible for preparing and equipping all Voice and Data Telecommunications circuits, thereby ensuring that users can access and use network and telecommunication services provided by the company. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing the Telecommunications Expense Management system, providing updates, reporting, and tracking of all Inventory, Service Management and Order Management. This position has an emphasis on Voice Provisioning focusing on SIP Technology.

• Ordering data and voice circuits for Network Infrastructure to provide connectivity for Retail offices, corporate offices, and Data Centers.
• Provisioning of all Voice and Data Telecommunications circuits and services with various Data, Voice and Mobility carriers including project related circuit provisioning and BAU events.
• Enter new, upgrade, downgrade, and disconnect service orders with a variety of proprietary ordering systems
• Create maintain, track, and report on status updates for open orders
• Vendor Management - Engaged in weekly meetings with major telco vendors and internal teams to validate and track circuit orders to ensure delivery of acceptable circuits in a timely manner.
• Maintain integrity of the inventory in the Telecommunications Expense Management System
• Responsible for any merger and acquisition circuit provisioning and/or transfer of accounts from the previous responsible party.
• Performs all technical tasks with minimal supervision
• Work cross-functionally with internal Engineering departments
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to escalate effectively and manage vendors
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, and management
• Ability to diagnose, articulate, and provide solutions for problem resolution.
• Ability to work as a facilitator on project plans implementations and installs/disconnects
• Ability to leverage automation for efficiency and added benefit
• Ability to utilize Tangoes Telecom Expense Management Tool

• 7 + years related experience
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office competency
• Experience with data quality and reporting of assets in the network provisioning space.
• Experience with provisioning mobility, Voice & Data.
• Presentation and Project Coordination Skills

• Service Now experience
• Network Provisioning background with a Telephony service provider for telecom & data circuits.
• Knowledge of Telecommunications Expense Management Systems (TEMs)
