Join an innovative engineering team as aSr. Electrical Engineerfocused on the design, development, and evaluation of complex hardware systems. You’ll lead projects involving circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems, all while ensuring compliance with key military and industry standards. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

Design complex electrical systems including circuits, PCBs, microcontrollers, power systems, and cabling
Develop embedded software (PIC or similar), integrate customer hardware/software, and support EMI/EMC compliance
Assist manufacturing and sales teams with technical documentation, quoting, and customer interaction
Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive innovation and problem-solving
Maintain and document technical progress, compile status reports, and contribute to project reviews
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 10 years' design experience in circuit and PCB design, embedded systems, and system integration
Proficiency in interconnect protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, USB, I2C, UART, etc.)
Strong debugging and analysis skills with hands-on lab and manufacturing experience
Familiarity with military standards, rugged computing platforms, microprocessors (Intel/AMD), and FPGA/DSP/PLD design is a plus
Experience with Altium Designer, AutoCAD/Proge
CAD, and C programming preferredExcellent organizational and communication skills; must be capable of lifting 50 pounds
