Oversee and monitor the site Utility Plant systems; adjust and repair as necessary.;
Maintain and repair boiler equipment and related systems (water testing, heat exchangers, RO/soft water, chilled water, pumps, valves, motors, air compressors, bearings, seals, filters).;
Perform preventive maintenance on all Utility Plant equipment and maintain logs and documentation.;
Analyze system operation to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions; communicate status to Operations Manager and Lead Engineer.;
Coordinate with multiple trades and support other facilities projects; ability to work overtime or flex schedule as needed.
