Mechanical Drafter Job Description

We are seeking a Revit/CADD Technician to join our Mechanical Engineering Department. This role involves creating and managing Revit models and producing construction documents for diverse and complex building projects. You will work in a collaborative environment that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain Revit models for mechanical systems.
• Produce accurate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and other team members.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in drafting and mechanical design.
• Basic understanding of Revit.
• Understanding of construction documents.

• Associates Degree in CAD or related field.
• Equivalent experience in a similar role.

This position is fully in-office with half-day Fridays. New team members are assigned a mentor to assist in their successful development. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
