Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000

• Lead commissioning projects end-to-end with a strong mechanical focus
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships
• Coordinate testing, resolve system issues, and ensure code compliance
• Produce clear technical documentation and close‑out reports
• Support proposals and mentor team members

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience in commissioning or MEP projects
• Strong mechanical/HVAC expertise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel as needed (primarily regional)

• CxA, PE, or related certifications
