This role offers a hybrid work arrangement: three days in the office and two days remote.

• Implement project controls tools and methodology.
• Develop and support project schedule requirements per client procedures and best practices.
• Conduct critical‑path analysis, provide schedule insights and corrective actions.
• Support schedule contingency management and risk identification.
• Provide regular project updates and report deviations from the approved project baseline.
• Support month‑end closing and phase‑gate processes.
• Maintain standardized file locations for all schedule documents.
• Produce look‑ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
• Assemble supporting documentation for client requests.
• Analyze data and build reports to support project monitoring and decision making.
• Interface regularly with project management for schedule performance.
• Travel to client offices for project coordination meetings as needed.

• Proficiency using Primavera P6 scheduling software, including resource loading.
• Familiarity with practical application of project controls.
• Seven or more years of project experience.
• Post‑secondary graduate education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interact with project team, clients, and vendors at all levels.
• Strong motivation to learn, develop knowledge, and deliver high‑quality, accurate deliverables.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel and Access.

• Engineering internship, co‑op, or work experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or earned value performance, preferably within the power industry.
• AACE CST or PMI equivalent.
• Progress toward AACE CCP, CEP, PSP, PRMP, EVP, or PMI equivalent 酒
• Equivalent training or proficiency testing passed.
