• Experience reviewing ASTM, ACI, AASHTO or other standards
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with technicians, engineers, and contractor personnel
• Organized and detail oriented

• Manage ODOT's concrete and cement laboratories
• Oversee ODOT's concrete and cement AASHTO accreditation
• Supervise laboratory testing technicians
• Lead research and material evaluations
• Provide training

Licensed as a registered professional engineer by the Ohio State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors. Minimum 12 months of experience as a group or project leader providing work direction and training to engineering technicians or lower-level engineers. If assigned to operate a state vehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license.
