Ideal Candidate Will Possess- Architect with 3+ years of experience in K‑12 Education.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience in design and development of construction documents and specifications.
- Revit/BIM experience required.
- Building survey and assessment experience preferred.
- Experience overseeing projects through construction, including field observations, managing submittals, and RFIs.
- Experience coordinating with external and internal engineering disciplines.
- Understanding of construction documentation and administration; comfortable working self‑sufficiently.
- Collaborative approach and teamwork ability.
- Experience coordinating internal teams, including project planning, scheduling and tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, professional writing, and multitasking across several projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Architectural design and documentation of projects working with the Project Manager and design team.
- Participating in design and creative development of projects.
- Meeting and communicating with internal team and clients as required.
- Due diligence including planning approvals, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑ups.
- Project status reports and conference calls.
- Construction administration including field visits, weekly status reports, submittals and RFI tracking.
