Normal schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, but is subject to changes in shift, hours, days, and/or location as operations dictate.
Responsibilities- Provides direction and supervision for the day-to-day and planned activities of the Maintenance Engineering Group
- Troubleshoots building system operation for current and potential building system maintenance problems
- Maintains equipment histories as necessary for assigned areas
- Reviews plans and specifications
- Manages repairs and construction projects for operations concerns/issues related to maintainability and life cycle costs of building systems and components
- Provides oversight and direction to the preventive maintenance program
- Recommends improvements to building systems based on data and engineering best practices
Minimum
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent; 5 years of relevant experience; valid Driver's License; contract management background; knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical equipment and systems, building standards, building systems maintenance, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, lubrication techniques and materials, measurement equipment and related recording systems; ability to understand and interpret technical instructions; plan reading.

Qualifications:
8-12 years of relevant experience; considerable experience in building systems operations and work group management; building system controls; preventive maintenance program development and oversight;
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
The target hiring range for this job profile is $88,300 - $115,350 annually. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
