Senior Project Manager

An established, multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join its growing team in Columbus, Ohio. This individual will lead and support design, permitting, and client management for a wide range of land development projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed‑use developments. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced technical teams and senior leadership across multiple offices.

• Lead the design and permitting of land development projects from concept through completion
• Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and infrastructure design
• Prepare and manage regulatory submissions and approvals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development activities
• Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, efficiency, and professional growth

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred
• Strong client management and business development abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
