Primary ResponsibilitiesHDR is currently in need of a Project Manager to advance the planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater facilities projects in Ohio. It is envisioned that this candidate would have a mix of client development, project management, and project delivery responsibilities.
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single‑discipline planning, as well as large, complex multi‑disciplinary projects
- Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning/design team throughout entire project lifespan
- Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed‑to schedule
- Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Business Group Manager for project reviews
- Perform technical analyses and report preparation
- Lead client project and technical meetings and/or workshops
- Provide leadership and mentoring for water/wastewater engineers
- Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications- B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or other Water/Wastewater Engineering related field;
Master's preferred in Civil or Environmental Engineering - Minimum 11 years related experience
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Licensed professional engineer in the State of Ohio or have the ability to obtain license within 1 year
- Experience in collaborative delivery methods for water/wastewater treatment facilities and pump station projects
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera project management software
- Revit, Micro Station and/or AutoCAD experience
- Preference is given to local candidates
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Pay Transparency Ohio: $110,950 - $158,500.
