Congruex is a leading end‑to‑end provider of network services, integrating engineering and in‑market construction units. The VDC Manager will lead the development and coordination of digital models to streamline construction.

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is a project management methodology that integrates digital technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), to digitally build a project before physical construction, improving coordination, reducing costs and delays.

• Create and maintain detailed 3D/BIM models using Revit, Navisworks and other tools.
• Translate 2D drawings into 3D models and develop models for prefabrication.
• Lead coordination meetings to integrate models from architecture, engineering and construction disciplines.
• Perform clash detection, produce and distribute clash reports, and work with field teams to resolve conflicts.
• Develop BIM execution plans and produce 4D visual schedules and 5D cost estimates.
• Support logistics planning, site layout, and constructability reviews using VDC tools.
• Capture existing conditions with laser scanners, 360 photo documentation and drones.
• Analyze project data and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research and implement new VDC technologies and workflows, and provide training to project teams.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of construction processes and cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Foundational understanding of architecture or engineering.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and openness to new approaches.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Experience in telecom, utility, construction or engineering industry.
