Role DescriptionWe are searching for a Senior Architect to lead and deliver successful water/wastewater projects and grow our team.
Role Accountabilities- Lead work on water/wastewater design engineering and construction projects, including plant upgrades, storage facilities, stormwater systems, pump stations, and distribution/collection systems.
- Lead code reviews, investigations, production of construction drawings, specifications, bid packages, and cost estimates.
- Manage and mentor junior architectural staff and collaborate with engineering disciplines, office/project staff, clients, and subcontractors.
- Lead development of plans, specifications, RFPs, and other contract documents.
- Coordinate client presentations, meetings, and written reports.
- Assist with construction administration, submittal reviews, and feasibility reviews of alternative design approaches.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Professional Architectural certification.
Skills and Abilities
- Judgment on design details and preliminary selections.
- Excellent oral and written communication, public speaking, team collaboration.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/REVIT and MS Office.
- Experience with water/wastewater industry standards and codes such as IBC.

Salary range: $95,000 - $161,000 (actual salary varies based on experience, education, budget, location).
