Arcadis is a global leader delivering sustainable design, engineering and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. This role is located in our Columbus, Ohio office.

We are searching for a Senior Architect to lead and deliver successful water/wastewater projects and grow our team.

• Lead work on water/wastewater design engineering and construction projects, including plant upgrades, storage facilities, stormwater systems, pump stations, and distribution/collection systems.
• Lead code reviews, investigations, production of construction drawings, specifications, bid packages, and cost estimates.
• Manage and mentor junior architectural staff and collaborate with engineering disciplines, office/project staff, clients, and subcontractors.
• Lead development of plans, specifications, RFPs, and other contract documents.
• Coordinate client presentations, meetings, and written reports.
• Assist with construction administration, submittal reviews, and feasibility reviews of alternative design approaches.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional Architectural certification.

• Judgment on design details and preliminary selections.
• Excellent oral and written communication, public speaking, team collaboration.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/REVIT and MS Office.
• Experience with water/wastewater industry standards and codes such as IBC.

Salary range: $95,000 - $161,000 (actual salary varies based on experience, education, budget, location).
