What You'll Do:

* Lead and execute civil/site projects from start to finish

* Communicate with clients and develop new business opportunities

* Coordinate with environmental, ecological, and surveying teams

* Provide technical reviews of Civil Engineering deliverables

* Mentor junior staff and support professional growth

* Attend industry and client meetings to expand connections

What We're Looking For:

* B.S. in Civil Engineering

* 8+ years' experience in civil/site engineering

* Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

* Strong leadership, mentorship, and client-facing skills

* Experience managing projects and preparing proposals
