We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Intern to join our Seattle team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in
cost management, estimating, and construction project delivery
, working alongside experienced professionals on real projects.
As part of our team, you will:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and quantity take-offs using tools such as Bluebeam
- Support cost planning, benchmarking, and tender review exercises
- Help review change orders, invoices, and financial reports for active construction projects
- Participate in project meetings and liaise with design and construction teams
- Contribute to research and data analysis for internal and client-facing deliverables
- Currently enrolled in a
final year or Junior of a Construction Management or related degree program at the University of Washington - Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in cost management and commercial aspects of construction
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam, CostX, or Revit is a plus
- Ability to work part-time during the academic year and full-time during summer
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship
