Talent Development Training Intern

• Support the creation of engaging training materials, including presentations and e‑learning modules
• Assist in delivering virtual training sessions to diverse audiences, enhancing their understanding of products
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective training content
• Help evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback and tracking performance metrics
• Maintain and organize training documentation, ensuring accessibility and regular updates

• Demonstrated passion for creating engaging learning experiences and interest in education or instructional design
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Understanding of effective training methodologies and a passion for working with adult learners
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and e‑learning tools is a plus
• Ability to clear a required background check

• Completion of at least 1 instructional design course
• Experience with design tools, such as Canva
