Corporate​/STEM Networking Specialist Board Position

Through corporate philanthropy, sponsor ships, partnerships and donations, Edheads provides exciting games and experiences to millions of students that inspire today’s K-12 students to become the STEM leaders of tomorrow. We believe every student should have the opportunity to develop their potential and fulfill their dreams and career aspirations.

• Relevance Connecting science and math education standards to learning outcomes related to real-world careers.
• Access Giving educators a way to influence their students' future career paths with online learning that is widely accessible.
• Quality games Helping teachers, parents, and students meet state and national learning goals through highly interactive and engaging content.
• Evidence Evaluating the difference made in student STEM knowledge and attitudes toward STEM careers.

Are you passionate about STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) education or STEM careers? Would you like to help increase the number of K-12 students interested in or planning on pursuing STEM careers? If you also have a sense of humor, a sense of wonder, and little time to give each month, then Edheads is the place for you! Edheads is a 501c3 non-profit organization that ties K-12 classroom curricula to real world challenges and careers by providing free or lost cost games to teachers, students and parents.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a college education, 3-5 years work experience, and an extensive personal network to be a representative on our Board of Directors, helping us to make connections and get in front of the people/corporations/places that can help grow the company and increase our success. Business experience required, and sales experience a plus. Experience with Fortune 2000 companies desired.

Must live in or near Columbus, Ohio. We ask 4-6 hours of your time monthly for this position.
