Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Ohio County, WV for the National Field Program - High School. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with high school students to promote leadership initiatives and fostering education efforts on the principles of free markets and limited government. The role involves organizing events, managing outreach efforts, and developing relationships with students and school communities to expand TPUSA's high school presence.
Qualifications- Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with event planning and student engagement initiatives
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of social media and digital platforms for outreach purposes
- A genuine interest in advocating for freedom, free markets, and limited government values
- Prior leadership roles in student organizations or community outreach are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, communications, political science, or a related field
- Flexibility to travel and work flexible hours as needed
