What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate the review, approval, and monitoring of online course providers and digital instructional programs
  • Manage and support the curriculum approval process and implementation of approved resources
  • Assist school stakeholders with compliance, audit, and accountability documentation
  • Collaborate with school leadership to interpret achievement data and support school improvement plans
  • Serve as a liaison among school leadership and the curriculum team regarding regulatory requirements and curriculum approvals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field
  • Valid teaching certificate (state certification required)
  • Minimum five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum design and academic standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Project Management certification is a plus
  • Proficiency with educational technology platforms and student information systems
  • Experience in developing clear written guidance and procedural documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and provide training to adult learners
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and business operations
