Job Title: Lecturer

Department: Electrical and Computer Engineering (Engineering College)

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is accepting a full-time Lecturer appointment to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the Department. Duties include curriculum/syllabus design, content and material development, teaching, and service activities. The selected candidate will provide support for developing and teaching undergrad and/or graduate students, depending on the chosen candidate’s degree certification. All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio.

• PhD degree or equivalent in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related area.
• Three to five years of teaching and/or industry related experience in the fields of Electrical or Computer Engineering or related areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to Ohio State’s Shared Values with demonstrated efforts in teaching.
