Ohio Dominican University's Business Program is seeking part-time faculty members to teach undergraduate-level Marketing courses onsite (face‑to‑face, 2x per week). The courses emphasize strategic marketing, branding, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications, preparing students for entry‑level roles in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
Adjunct Professor - MarketingAs an adjunct professor, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction and engaging students in real‑world marketing concepts.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate marketing courses onsite during the weekdays.
- Develop and deliver engaging, practical, and theory‑based coursework.
- Foster a dynamic learning environment that supports diverse student populations, including traditional undergrads, working professionals, athletes, and international students.
- Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback promptly.
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
- A Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Significant professional experience in marketing, public relations, digital strategy, or corporate communications.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level or with adult learners is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to student success.
