• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction for 4th grade students
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and growth
• Integrate creative teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and families to support student success
• Support and uphold the Catholic mission and values of St. Dominic School
• Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid Ohio teaching license
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for working with elementary students and supporting their academic and personal development
• Commitment to collaboration and continuous professional growth
• Catholic candidates are preferred
