We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Instructional Designer to support the development and delivery of impactful training solutions. This individual contributor role is responsible for writing, concepting, developing, and delivering engaging learning content—including e-learnings, video scripts, and print materials—to build, retain, and sustain field associate product knowledge. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials including e-learnings, video scripts, facilitator guides, and print resources.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational business goals.
  • Translate complex product and business information into clear, engaging, and learner-centered content.
  • Revise and enhance existing materials to reflect updated strategies, product changes, and new learning approaches.
  • Support the creation and ongoing improvement of digital learning assets, videos, and training documentation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively by actively listening, probing for clarity, and articulating ideas in a concise and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in formal writing, instructional design, or training content development.
  • Experience developing e-learning content using Articulate 360.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability to adapt in a collaborative, fast-paced business environment.
