Learning Development Specialist; Contractor

• Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
• Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for various audiences to ensure understanding of products and services
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective training content
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders regarding training-related inquiries

• Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience in talent development, educational training, or a related position
• Understanding of effective training methodologies and a passion for working with adult learners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web technologies
• Ability to clear required background checks

• Experience with design tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Canvas
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a similar field of study
• Professional Training Certification
• Instructional Design Certification
