The Integrated Systems Engineering Department is accepting applications for a part-time Lecturer appointment to teach the PRODUCTION PLANNING AND FACILITIES DESIGN course in the Industrial & Systems Engineering program (ISE 3400). Duties include but are not limited to: curriculum/syllabus design, content and materials development, teaching, and evaluating/grading student work. All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio.

The Ohio State University will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
  • 2 years of teaching, research and/or industry experience related to employing Industrial and Systems Engineering methods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to or demonstrated efforts in teaching that reflect Ohio State’s Shared Values.
