Student Assistant 2 - Adams County

LocationThis position is located in Adams County.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will be moderate and less routine and will require responsibility and good judgement. Can coordinate activities for other student employees. Requires providing excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment. Requires previous experience and knowledge or skill in student assistant role. Represent the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity applying OSU mission and shared values.
The student assistants will support educational programming and community engagement in Adams County, Ohio. The intern will work directly with Extension professionals and staff who lead efforts to address community based issues. The intern will support 4-H Youth Development and Agriculture & Natural Resources programs designed for youth and adult audiences. Assist with educational materials, conducting community based programs and participate in professional and public meetings.
Hours are flexible. This position can work up to 28 hours if taking classes and up to 38 hours during the summer and/or academic breaks.
