This is a full-time, on-site position based in Columbus, OH, for an Infant Teacher. The Infant Teacher will provide a warm and nurturing environment where infants can grow and develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging infants in developmentally-appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and maintaining open communication with families and the teaching team about each child’s progress and needs.

• Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development and Child Development
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Teaching for young children
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with families and colleagues
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for infants
• Prior experience working in childcare or early education settings is preferred
• Relevant certifications in childcare or early childhood education are a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certifications upon hire
