If you’re passionate about inspiring children and empowering teachers, the Site Director role is perfect for you! Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead and supervise a team of dedicated teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure your site operates effectively while maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and community partners.
• Drive recruitment and enrollment efforts to welcome new families to our site.

• At least one year of teaching experience with a knack for developing and inspiring a team.
• A genuine love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills to create a dynamic environment where play and discovery flourish.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to engage with children, including lifting up to 40 pounds and participating in physical activities.
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with children and their families.
