When you become a part of the Champions team, you’ll be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time. Whether you’re collaborating with school administrators or inspiring students to aim higher, you’ll lead the way toward a brighter future.
If you’re passionate about inspiring children and empowering teachers, the Site Director role is perfect for you! Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead and supervise a team of dedicated teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
- Ensure your site operates effectively while maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and community partners.
- Drive recruitment and enrollment efforts to welcome new families to our site.
- At least one year of teaching experience with a knack for developing and inspiring a team.
- A genuine love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to create a dynamic environment where play and discovery flourish.
- Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Physical ability to engage with children, including lifting up to 40 pounds and participating in physical activities.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with children and their families.
