This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cosmetology Instructor at Mason Anthony School in Columbus, OH. The Cosmetology Instructor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students to help them achieve their professional goals in cosmetology. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging classroom and hands-on training, supervising salon practices, providing constructive feedback to students, ensuring compliance with state licensing standards, and fostering an inspiring and supportive learning environment.

• Proficiency in Cosmetology and Hair Care techniques, with a valid cosmetology instructors' license.
• Experienced in Cosmetology Education, including curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Strong Teaching and mentorship skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and instill professionalism and client care in students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
• Prior experience in a cosmetology instructional role is preferred but not required.
