Position Overview
The Department of Management and Human Resources (MHR) within Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University invites applications for full‑time, tenure‑track appointments in Organizational Behavior (OB) or Human Resources (HR). Positions will begin in the Autumn semester 2026. We seek candidates at the assistant level, but associate and full‑rank applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities- Conduct cutting‑edge research disseminated in premier management and disciplinary journals.
- Teach courses grounded in evidence to undergraduate, master, and doctoral students.
- Provide service to the department, college, and profession.
- Completion of a PhD in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and publish in top‑tier journals.
- For associate or full‑rank candidates: evidence of publication in top‑tier outlets and experience mentoring PhD students.
