• M-251 Required Fraud Reporting and Training through Ohio Auditor of State
• M-548 Child Abuse and Neglect Mandated Reporting - Ohio
• M-905 AED Use - Training for Educational Service Center Employees

• Licensure from ODE
• BCI and FBI background checks results from the Ohio Attorney General's Office (completed within 12 months of your employment application). You will need an appointment to schedule your background check. For additional information please go to http://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./

• Attach a copy of social security card
• Attach direct deposit information
