Overview

Riverside Methodist Hospital has a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) operated in partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital. The unit has 42 beds and serves as the referral hub for the Ohio Health system, caring for approximately 650 infants per year. Care is provided by 16 board-certified/eligible neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team, available 24/7. Services include prenatal consultations, delivery room attendance, management of premature and critically ill newborns, ongoing family-centered care and communication.

Maternal-Fetal Medicine services are available for high-risk pregnancies, including advanced diagnostics like fetal echocardiography and blood transfusions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Peds residency-trained
  • ACGME-accredited Neonatal Fellowship
  • Ability to be licensed in the state
