About the Position
Locum Jobs Online is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Hospitalist MD in Columbus, Ohio, 43085!
We are seeking a full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a dynamic, academically-focused team in Columbus, Ohio. This role provides comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic care across multiple hospital sites with a strong emphasis on resident education and high-risk pregnancy management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-house coverage across three hospital campuses (one site per day).
Staff residents on Labor & Delivery (L&D) as in-house OB hospitalist.
Perform gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomy, and manage clinic patients.
Manage medically complex, high-risk pregnancies and advanced obstetrical surgeries.
Supervise and teach residents during clinical care and didactic sessions.
Collaborate with Graduate Medical Education (GME) teams to enhance resident education and curricula.
Participate in scheduled 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Engage with the community and support the mission of delivering excellent care to all populations.

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (preferred ≥2 years experience; new grads from strong residencies considered).
Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain.
DEA registration and clean malpractice/license history.
Strong interest in team-based obstetrical care, resident education, and managing high-risk pregnancies.
Benefits
Starting salary of $300,000 with a guaranteed 5% annual increase.
Sign-on bonus $35,000–$40,000.
Comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.
27 days (216 hours) PTO annually, with rollover of up to 40 hours per year.
Holiday pay with a planned rotation schedule.
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Flexible scheduling with optional extra shifts at increased rates.
