Physician – Comprehensive General Otolaryngology (Open Rank/ Track Faculty)## Department:
The Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Comprehensive (General) Otolaryngologist to join a nationally recognized, top-ranked academic department during a period of significant clinical growth and expansion. This position focuses on the full scope of general otolaryngology practice, including the evaluation and management of common and complex disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and head and neck.
Clinical responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient care, comprehensive otolaryngologic evaluation, medical management, and surgical care appropriate to a general otolaryngology practice, as well as perioperative care and longitudinal case management.
The successful candidate will practice within a rapidly expanding clinical enterprise, supported by multiple new and growing outpatient centers and the opening of a brand-new hospital facility within The Ohio State University health system. This growth has created a strong and sustainable need for comprehensive otolaryngology services and offers the opportunity to build a high-volume, impactful clinical practice within a stable academic environment.
The Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is a nationally recognized leader in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care, combining advanced clinical services with academic excellence in research and education. As a distinct academic department within the Ohio State College of Medicine, it offers comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management for a full spectrum of otolaryngologic conditions affecting adults and children.
