Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

A respected and growing OBGYN practice in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a full-time Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join their dynamic team on the city s desirable east side just minutes from Easton Town Center and some of the best amenities Columbus has to offer.

• Full-Time, Hospital-Employed Role with guaranteed salary and immediate bonus potential

• Strategic Location between two major hospitals with Level III NICUs and MFM support

• ️ Balanced schedule: 3 3.5 clinic days + 1 OR day per week

• Shared Call Rotation: 1:4 1:5, with 1:3 midwife support

• Robotic Surgery Encouraged state-of-the-art tech and support for procedural growth

• Optional teaching opportunity with OBGYN residents (not required)

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric care

• Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries

• Work closely with a collaborative and supportive provider team

• Participate in call rotation while living within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals

• $285,000 Base Salary with immediate productivity bonus potential

• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus, loan repayment, or a 50/50 split of both

• Relocation assistance available

• $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days

• 27 PTO days annually (with rollover)

• Full benefits starting Day 1 + PSLF eligibility (501c3 organization)

• BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Ohio license OR Willing to Obtain

• Clean malpractice - Required
