Position within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC). The role focuses on clinical care, education, and research in addiction psychiatry.
Position OverviewLead an inpatient dual diagnosis service, with opportunities in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services within an interdisciplinary program.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide patient care in compliance with DSM‑5 and ICD‑10 standards.
- Serve on departmental committees, attend conferences and represent OSUWMC at professional meetings.
- Engage in teaching, mentoring residents, and participating in scholarly activities.
- Adhere to Medical Center policies, procedures and key result areas.
- MD or DO.
- Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency Program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine.
- Eligible for an Ohio Medical License.
