Midwest Breast and Aesthetic Surgery is seeking a newly graduated or early-career plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join a well-established, high-volume practice in Columbus, Ohio. This role is specifically designed to support surgeons in the early stages of independent practice, offering structured mentorship, a gradual ramp-up in case complexity, and a predictable schedule with no hospital call. The practice provides an ideal environment to build confidence, technical skill, and long-term career stability.

• High-volume microsurgical breast reconstruction practice with strong case diversity and consistent volume
• Structured mentorship from experienced partners, with collaborative operating and graduated autonomy

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency

• Interest in breast reconstruction, microsurgery, cosmetic surgery, and gender-affirming care
• Microsurgery fellowship not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow within a collaborative practice
