Department and LocationThe Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center. The position will cover Ohio State University Main and East Hospitals in Columbus, Ohio.
Position OverviewThe Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) and the Division of Trauma Critical Care and Burn Surgery within the Department of Surgery are looking to hire a trauma, critical care, and burn surgeon. The position will be at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level, and candidates must have completed a fellowship in surgical critical care. This full‑time position offers growth potential, a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements- Board Eligible or Certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
- Successful completion of a trauma and surgical critical care or a burn and critical care fellowship
- Burn Fellowship/Experience desired
- Strong Academic Experience in basic science, translational or health services research
- Eligible for State of Ohio medical licensure
- Qualify for academic appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level – Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience
