Wound care providers are sought to join a team serving long-term care facilities in the Columbus, OH area. • Round weekly at assigned facilities within the territory.
• Diagnose patient conditions via physical examination and/or telemedicine.
• Perform medical procedures as necessary (e.g., debridement).
• Communicate and collaborate with facility clinical staff on findings and treatments.
• Educate patients about diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Document each patient encounter in the EMR (APRIMA) and maintain patient records on company devices.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as necessary.

• APRN or PA-C certification.
• Two years of experience as a solo practitioner preferred.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license.
• DEA license.
• Valid driver license.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with facility staff and patients.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and attention to detail.

• Employment type:
  
  Full-time or Part-time (2-3 days/week, with potential to grow to 4-5 days/week).
• Weekly hours:
  Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with flexible start times; no evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements.
• Uncapped W-2 earning potential, with projected annual earnings of $175k-$195k for full-time providers.
• Instruments provided (e.g., debridement kits); company laptop; EMR: APRIMA.
• Malpractice coverage provided; mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines.
