* Description:

*** Inpatient rounding 2 days/week at Riverside Methodist Hospital (RMH) and 3 days/week at Grant Medical Center (GMC), with outpatient clinic within RMH vicinity following rounds
* Office procedures include chemodenervation (desired but not required) and EMG testing (if desired)
