McNeil Holdings is currently searching for a full-time Senior Designer/Detailer to lead our team of senior designers and project managers to produce accurate and detailed plans for construction projects.

We are a growing company specializing in detailed design and fabrication for the construction industry. Our services support architects, general contractors, and fabricators by delivering precise, efficient designs.

• Salary: $70,000-$85,000/year depending on experience and qualifications

• 5+ years of previous experience in construction or related field required
• Expert level experience in Computer Design Software (AutoCAD, Solid Works, Tekla, SDS/2)
• Familiarity with BIM processes and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and CNC equipment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new software and processes
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Lead in creating detailed construction and fabrication drawings
• Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to ensure project accuracy
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Tekla or SDS/2 to create detailed 2D and 3D models
• Support BIM coordination efforts by integrating models from multiple stakeholders and ensuring the alignment of architectural, structural, and MEP systems
• Interface with CNC equipment to ensure designs are properly formatted for manufacturing
• Work closely with production teams to optimize designs for CNC machining
