Join our team! Abbot Studios is a growing architectural firm in need of a Senior Architectural Project Manager for our studio. We offer a relaxed work environment with plenty of cross training and room for advancement. We are a multi-disciplinary organization and leaders in Architectural services for a wide range of projects, from national retail clients to various types of commercial design.
RoleThe Senior Project Manager filling this role will provide complete oversight on multiple small to large size projects. This includes ensuring project deadlines are met, resources within the office (designers, building surveyors, code reviewers) and resources outside the office (engineers, permit expeditors, testing and inspection companies) are being properly scheduled and allocated. The Senior Project Manager will also be expected to perform quality control reviews on all documents related to their assigned projects to(bus?
ensure accuracy, constructability, and best design practices are being followed).
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in an Architectural setting is required.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Revit experience is required.
- Architectural licensing is preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and team members.
- Experience managing project design schedules and resource allocation to ensure deadlines are met.
