This is a full-time on-site Dental Assistant role located in Columbus, OH. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting dentists during patient procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the cleanliness of dental equipment and treatment areas. Additional responsibilities include providing oral care education and ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after procedures. This role requires adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

• Knowledge of dental care, oral care, and general dentistry practices
• Skills in dental assisting, including patient preparation and chair-side assistance
• Proficiency in sterilization techniques and maintaining cleanliness protocols
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification as a Dental Assistant or equivalent training and/or experience
• Basic knowledge of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations
